Arbonne Vanilla-Lemon-Cononut Protein Bites
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
1/2 cup agave nectar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 cup Arbonne vanilla protein shake mix
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 scoop Arbonne fiber boost
1 cup brown rice krispies ( may need more depending on how sticky your mixture is)
1/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut (plus about 1/2 cup more for rolling
Combine all ingredients.
Roll into balls about scant teaspoonful size ( I wet my palms with water to make rolling easier)
Roll in extra coconut.
Cover and Chill.
Makes about 35 bites.
